The back SW corner is flagged out 50 feet from the neighbors fence line which is the width of the lot. Take a folding chair with you and sit down and enjoy the view. You won't be disappointed for the price. Plumas County has Additional Dwelling Units that are ready and approved to build that might work as well save you lots of money and would speed up permiting process or just put a manufactured home on it.
